Located in the heart of Franconia, Nuremberg is the second-largest city in Bavaria and is the home of the legendary Norisring. The restored medieval city centre and its impressive Kaiserburg is a must-see. Here, the world’s oldest Bratwust restaurant, founded in 1313, is located. Bratwurst stalls where the specialty can be had are widely spread throughout the city centre. A major part of Nuremberg’s nightlife can be found in the historic city centre. Underneath the castle and in the Weißgerbergasse in particular, there are numerous pubs, bars and clubs.
